From offer acceptance to settlement, not including time searching for and viewing properties, on average it takes thirty days.

Once I receive a copy of your pre-approval letter or if you are paying cash once I receive your proof of funds letter from your financial institution and you have signed a buyers agreement I can represent you and then we can begin to schedule showings and tour properties.
